Join Matthew West and The West Family in their "Hallmark-like" hometown of Franklin TN for the 5th Annual Come Home for Christmas Weekend. The weekend will include anything and everything from exclusive meet and greets, a Christmas dinner, special guests, Christmas Tree festivities, carols, cookies, songwriter friends, podcasts, worship and whimsy and more.

Below is 2025’s itinerary for an idea of what to expect.
Since this is the 5th Annual event you can guarantee that Matthew and his team are going to turn up the WHIMSY!!!! There will be multiple special meet and greets, a formal dinner, giveaways, special guests and some Dysfunctional Family Christmas fun.
THURSDAY, DECEMBER 3 - GOLD PASS HOLDERS ONLY
This event is always a surprise… for Gold Pass Holders only, limited availability. Your Gold Weekend Pass includes an exclusive gold badge that guarantees you’re the first to enter any event.

This will remain a limited capacity event.

Are transportation and accommodations provided? Guests are responsible for their own overnight accommodations and transportation to all events. We recommend booking accommodations in the Franklin, TN area.

How should I get around? We recommend attendees have access to a rental car or coordinate transportation with a friend prior to arriving. Public transport and ride-share services are available, but they are not plentiful in the Franklin, TN area.

When do I check in? Gold Weekend Passholders should check in at their exclusive event on Thursday, December 3 at approx 5pm. Silver Weekend Passholders should arrive for check-in at approx 3pm on Friday, December 4. Passholders do not need to check in twice.

Where can I find more information? Detailed schedule, event information and recommendations will be regularly emailed to all Weekend Passholders before the event to assist with planning. Email questions to events@storyhousecollective.com.

When does the last event end? The final event will end at approximately 12pm on Sunday, December 6, 2026 (if flying, we recommend scheduling your outbound flight after 2:30pm).

Refund/cancellation policy: If you purchase early and your plans change tickets are fully refundable until June 1, 2026. Tickets are 50% refundable between June 1-November 1.

In the event of a health-related or other emergency: If for any reason the event is required to impose health or emergency-related restrictions, the event staff and team reserve the right to require attendees to adhere to venue-mandated restrictions. If such restrictions dictate that the event team will not be able to execute the planned event, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event. If cancelled or postponed, attendees will be given the choice of a full refund or a pass transfer to the postponed event date. If the event is taking place as scheduled, and an attendee requests a refund due to any such mandates or restrictions, the refund or cancellation policy will apply.

4:30-5:30PM - Check-In Begins for Silver Weekend Pass holders
at The Factory at Franklin
6:30 pm - Franklin Public Square - Christmas Tree Lighting hosted by Matthew This is a public event with up to 10,000 people expected. Be sure to arrive as early as possible to secure standing room!

Christmas Carols, Hot Cocoa, & (make a little new badge)
Ugly Christmas Sweater Contest
Immediately, following the Christmas tree lighting, this will be a time to sing Christmas carols with Matthew West and enjoy some Hot Cocoa after the Christmas tree lighting. Make sure to wear your best ugly Christmas sweater! There will be a prize given to the winner!
