THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 30
5pm - Exclusive Gold Passholder Event
Limited availability - must reserve a Gold Weekend Pass (VIP). Location to be determined.
Join us for an exclusive VIP event! Be the first to meet Matthew during a priority photo op, a hosted Q&A, and an acoustic performance. Refreshments will be served.
This year, your Gold Weekend Pass includes an exclusive gold badge that guarantees you reserved seating in the first section at any event to avoid lining up early and 10% off at the merch table.
Guests with a Gold Weekend Pass that check in on Thursday, will not need to check in again on Friday.

with Matthew & Emily West at The Factory at Franklin
We're providing Christmas dinner tonight, so you don't have to find a restaurant in Downtown Franklin amongst the hustle and bustle of the Christmas Tree Lighting (you spoke, we listened)!

6:30pm - Downtown Franklin Christmas Tree Lighting
with special performance from Matthew West. Open to the public.
SATURDAY, DECEMBER 2
9:30am - Christmas Morning
Meet & Greet and photo op with Matthew for Silver Weekend Passholders
Snacks, coffee and hot cocoa provided. Visit the popwe booth and the merch table!
11:15am - Writers Around the Christmas Tree
Songwriters Round with Matthew and special guests!
12:30pm - The Matthew West Podcast Live from the North Pole
with a special guest!
Afternoon and dinner on your own. All Weekend Passholders receive exclusive discounts to local shops and restaurants!
7:30pm - Come Home for Christmas: The Concert
at The Fisher Center at Belmont University
Doors open at 6:30pm for a full Christmas concert with Matthew and the band! All Weekend Passholders are guaranteed reserved seating. Gold Weekend Passholders receive priority seating.
SUNDAY, DECEMBER 3
10am - Continental Breakfast
and last chance to shop the merch table!
10:30am - Worship Time

FAQ, TERMS & CONDITIONS

Are transportation and accommodations provided? Guests are responsible for their own overnight accommodations and transportation to all events. We recommend booking accommodations in the Franklin, TN area.

How should I get around? We recommend attendees have access to a rental car or coordinate transportation with a friend prior to arriving. Public transport and ride-share services are available, but they are not plentiful in the Franklin, TN area.

When do I check in? Gold Weekend Passholders should check in at their exclusive event on Thursday, November 30 at 5pm. Silver Weekend Passholders should arrive for check-in between 2pm and 4pm on Friday, December 1, 2023. Passholders do not need to check in twice.

Where can I find more information? Detailed schedule, event information and recommendations will be regularly emailed to all Weekend Passholders before the event to assist with planning. Email questions to events@storyhousecollective.com.

When does the last event end? The final event will end at approximately 12pm on Sunday, December 3, 2023 (if flying, we recommend scheduling your outbound flight after 2:30pm).

Refund/cancellation policy: Full refunds available within 24 hours of purchase; refunds up to 75% available on or before May 31, 2023; refunds up to 50% available between June 1, 2023 and October 31, 2023; no refunds on or after November 1, 2023. Email events@storyhousecollective.com.

In the event of a health-related or other emergency: If for any reason the event is required to impose health or emergency-related restrictions, the event staff and team reserve the right to require attendees to adhere to venue-mandated restrictions. If such restrictions dictate that the event team will not be able to execute the planned event, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event. If cancelled or postponed, attendees will be given the choice of a full refund or a pass transfer to the postponed event date. If the event is taking place as scheduled, and an attendee requests a refund due to any such mandates or restrictions, the refund or cancellation policy will apply.

While our team has taken enhanced health and safety measures as recommended by the CDC, an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists regardless of precautions taken in any public place. You must comply with posted instructions and government orders related to COVID-19 while attending the event.
